قال وكيل المهن التمثيليله سامح الصريطى انه تم وقف محمد رمضان عن مزاوله التمثيل بعد وصول مشكلته مع شركتى الصباح لطريق مسدود واضاف فى تصريحاته ان النقابه حاولت كثيرا التوفيق بين اطراف المشكله الا ان محمد رمضان وصاحب شركه The agent said Sameh professions Altmthelelh Abaiti he was suspended from practicing Mohamed Ramadan representation after the arrival of his problem with the companies of the morning to a dead end and he said in his remarks that the union has often tried to reconcile the parties bummer, but Mohamed Ramadan and company owner صادق الصباح لم يتم التواصل بينهم لاتفاق وكان محمد رمضان قدرقع عقد لبطوله مسلسل سوف يتم عرضه فى شهر رمضان ثم قام بتوقيع مره اخرى للمنتج صادق على بطوله مسلسل اخر شهر رمضان وهو ما اوجد خلافا بين بدا محمد رمضا التمثيل فى المدرسه وحصل على جائزه احسن موهوب ثلاث مرات متتاليه الامر الذى لم يحدث مع احد اخر كما يعد الممثل الوحيد الذى اشار به نور الشريق ومن افلامه رامى الاعتصامى واحكى ياشهرزاد والشوق والخروج من القاهره وحصل خير وساعه ونص واحنا الطلبه ودوران شبرا وكاريوكا والشركه وابن حلال -
