تداول نشطاء مواقع التواصل الاجتماعى، فيديو لأحد المتصلين على قناة الجزيرة يدعى محمود الجندى، وأنه والد إحدى الطالبات المعتقلات وتدعى إسراء. بدأ المتصل كلامه بأنه والد الطالبة المعتقلة، ثم شكر قناة الجزيرة على مجهوداتها وعلى إرسالها مبلغ 500 دولار له ليقول كلاما يتجنى به على الأجهزة الأمنية وأنها تشن حملة اعتقالات على طلاب جماعة الإخوان الإرهابية. وأضاف المتصل: “الكلام على إن بنتي اتقبض عليها محصلش، انتوا قولتولى أعمل أبو إسراء وإنها طالبة معتقلة”. انفعل مذيع الجزيرة وطلب من المتصل أن يذهب ويبلغ النائب العام عمن أرسل له الأموال ويحرر محضرا رسميا.
